Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a "no questions asked" refund policy on all items if you initiate a return within 72 hours of the item being delivered to you. Just contact us here.  You must initiate a return before shipping the item back. Please do not ship the item back without communicating with us first. Shipping the item back without notifying us first will result in a financial loss to you if the item is lost or stolen in transit.

As a collector, I know how it is to be stuck with something and having the feeling that it is just not a good fit for your collection. We hope that never happens with us, but if it does you can send the item back to us within 72 hours for a refund. Due to the nature of collectibles, WE DO NOT offer any returns after 72 hours of the item being delivered to you.

If a return is initiated due to no fault of Noble Nostalgia, the buyer is responsible for:

1. Shipping the product back to us safely and securely. It must arrive in the same condition as it was shipped by us and received by you.

2. All return shipping costs

3. Any fees that may be associated with the refund, including but not limited to credit/debit card fees (mainly applies to international buyers), and/or transaction fees.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The refund will then be processed within 24-48 hours, but more often than not, sooner. Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds will only be an option in the event that there was a clear error on the part of Noble Nostalgia.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Do to the nature of the collectibles market and the uniqueness of each individual piece, we do not offer exchanges. We can offer store credit on certain items.
